The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office is committed to protecting our employees and preventing the spread of COVID-19 at our workplace. In accordance with the State of California’s Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health (commonly referred to as Cal/OSHA) regulations and other legal requirements, we have developed this COVID-19 Prevention Program (CCP). We encourage you, our employees, to share information about and assist in the evaluating potential COVID-19 hazards at our workplace. We will investigate all workplace illnesses and make needed corrections to avoid hazards. We stay informed on the virus presence in our community as well as recommendations made by national and local health agencies. This plan will be reviewed and updated as necessary.
