On September 15, 2025, Sabryna (Sebastian) Gipson was convicted by a jury of two counts of forcible lewd act upon a child.
Gipson knew the 4-year-old victim’s family. On July 1, 2024, Gipson was alone with the victim for about 30-40 minutes. During that time with the victim, Gipson put on pornography that involved oral copulation. He then orally copulated and molested the victim. The victim asked Gipson to stop, but Gipson continued the assault until other people arrived at the house. The victim immediately disclosed what Gipson had done to him. The victim was taken to a BEAR exam, where swabs were collected. Gipson’s DNA was found to be on the penal swab collected from the victim.
An allegation that Gipson committed the crime while out on bail will be determined at the sentencing hearing.
Gipson faces a maximum sentence of 22 years in prison. Sentencing is set for October 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 18 before the Honorable Carlton Davis.
