Early Prison Releases

Many offenders granted early prison release have violent, lengthy criminal histories.  DA Ho feels it is important to inform the public of the so-called nonviolent offenders being released early from prison into our neighborhoods.

Marijuana Conviction Relief

Prop 64, adopted by California voters in November 2016, allows persons convicted of certain marijuana crimes to petition the court to have their convictions reduced to a misdemeanor or dismissed.

Prop 47 Conviction Relief

Adopted by California voters in November 2014, allows persons convicted of most personal use of illegal drugs and theft crimes less than $950 to petition the court to have their convictions reduced to a misdemeanor.

Post-Conviction Review
