DA Thien Ho Announces Open Registration for Crime Lab Youth Shadow Day
District Attorney Thien Ho announces open registration for the Crime Lab Youth Shadow Day. This year, there will be an in-person or virtual option.
Participating students will meet criminalists who are experts in the various fields of forensic science. They are provided an interactive learning experience in areas including evidence preservation and chain of custody; bullet trajectory; presumptive blood testing; crime scene investigations (CSI); real drug chemistry display; and TRACE case examination.

WHERE: Broadcasted live via Zoom from the Crime Lab
The program is open to current Sacramento County high school students. Priority will be given to senior high school students. Space is limited to 60 students each session and on a first come, first served basis. Please register early.
Students will need to submit completed registration forms and a signed permission slip, which can be downloaded at www.sacda.org.
