Defendant Sentenced for Child Molest, Aggravated Child Sexual Assault

The Honorable Steve White sentenced Crandee Gabino to 23 years to life in state prison after Gabino pled guilty to four counts of child molest and one count of aggravated child sexual assault.

Between September and November 2017, Gabino committed multiple acts of sexual abuse against the victim on several occasions when she was 11 years old.  The abuse included Gabino groping the victim, removing her clothing and pinning her down with his body while he sexually assaulted her.
