CASE: Graham O’Connor (Case #25FE021828)
PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Jackson Hadden, Domestic Violence Unit
On July 9, 2026, the Honorable Donald Currier sentenced Graham O’Connor to 41 years and 4 months in prison. On June 9, 2026, O’Connor was convicted by a jury of two counts of rape by use of drugs and two counts of oral copulation by use of anesthesia or controlled substance. An allegation that O’Connor has a prior strike conviction for burglary and aggravating factors were also found true.
O’Connor and the victim were in a relationship. On January 30, 2022, the victim discovered video of O’Connor engaging in sexual acts with her while she was asleep. O’Connor tied her arms up, restrained her and then raped and orally copulated her. The victim reported that she was under the influence and didn’t recall engaging in the sexual acts. On a separate occasion, O’Connor raped and orally copulated the victim again when she was drugged and unable to consent or resist.
