CASE: Brandon Nixon (Case #19FE014370 )

PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Gregory Hayes, Career Criminal Prosecution Unit

Brandon Nixon was convicted by a jury of making criminal threats.

On December 17, 2018, an Elk Grove police officer conducted a traffic stop on Nixon.  From December 20, 2018 to April 9, 2019, Nixon repeatedly went to the Elk Grove Police Department’s headquarters exterior gate and video recorded officers coming and going.
