A petition alleging a violation of Penal Code Section 192(b), involuntary manslaughter, as well as the enhancement of Penal Code Section 12022.5, personal use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, has been filed against the 14 year old minor accused of shooting Gary Marcy as he drove past the minors Orangevale home in September.

His arraignment on these charges is scheduled for Monday, November 27, 2006, at 1:30 pm in Department 93 of the Sacramento Juvenile Court before the Honorable Jane Ure.
