District Attorney Jan Scully sponsors Gang and Drug Free Symposium
Gang violence and illegal drug use strike at the core of all we hold dear in
our community. In response to the concern about gang violence and drug use
in our communities, District Attorney Jan Scully, in conjunction with the
Sacramento Sheriff’s Department, is sponsoring two Gang and Drug Free
Symposiums in the South Sacramento area. District Attorney Jan Scully and
Captain R.C. Smith of the Sheriff’s Department will be delivering welcoming
remarks at the presentations.
Interested in learning how to identify gang and drug activity? Like to hear
from gang and drug experts on how educate your children and neighborhood
about gangs and drugs? Come and listen to gang and drug experts who will
share strategies and answer your questions. The public and media are invited
to attend. Refreshments will be served.
