District Attorney Jan Scully announced today that criminal charges will not be filed against Anthony Weeks, who was arrested last week on child molestation charges. Further investigation into family law documents and the inability to medically corroborate the molests makes it unlikely that the case could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Although Mr. Weeks is a grade school teacher, none of the alleged victims was a student of Mr. Weeks.
