ELK GROVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST

District Attorney Jan Scully has today announced her conclusions in the matter of conflict of interest related to Captain Jim Cooper and Sgt. Michael Leary of the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department and the Sheriff’s contract with the City of Elk Grove. Her written report is available at the office of the District Attorney, 901 G Street.
