robbery of the KB Toy Store at 7617 Laguna Boulevard in Elk Grove.
Joaquin Ramirez, along with his accomplice, had entered the open toy
store business, displayed a handgun in his waistband and then proceeded
to remove two video game stations and exit the business without paying
for the items.

conduct as sophisticated in the subtle but effective manner in which
he utilized a handgun while at the same time being careful to avoid
detection by store customers.
