CASE: Cedric Holland
PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Shelly McGill, Adult Sexual Assault Prosecution Unit

From 2011 to 2013, Holland molested a friend’s two sons when they were 6 to 8 years old and 7 to 9 years old. Holland faces a maximum potential sentence of 414 years to life plus 12 years in state prison. Sentencing is set for May 8, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 15 before the Honorable Kevin McCormick.
