CASE: Cildola Wyatt
PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Allison Dunham, Adult Sexual Assault Prosecution Unit
District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced that Cildola Wyatt pled no contest to pimping a 13 year old.
Between December 2012 and April 2013, Wyatt facilitated the prostitution of a female juvenile runaway by posting sexually explicit advertisements on prostitution and escort websites. In addition, Wyatt arranged for various sex acts to be performed by the juvenile with adult male “Johns” in exchange for money.
Deputy District Attorney Allison Dunham states, “The defendant took advantage of one our weakest and most vulnerable members of our community. She will now face a significant prison sentence and a life time requirement to register as a convicted sex offender.”
Wyatt will be sentenced to 8 years in state prison and will have to register as a convicted sex offender for the rest of her life. Sentencing is set for April 17, 2015 in Department 15 by the Honorable Kevin McCormick.
