CASE: Terence Bowman
PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Quirina Orozco, Adult Sexual Assault Prosecution Unit
District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced that Terence Bowman was convicted by jury of forcible rape.
On January 3, 2014, Bowman forcibly raped the victim in her Oak Park home. Following the sexual assault, the victim immediately walked to UC Davis Medical Center to obtain medical treatment.
Bowman previously suffered felony convictions of first-degree robbery and resisting an executive officer. He faces a maximum potential sentence of 23 years in state prison. Sentencing is set for March 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 22 before the Honorable Russell Hom.
