PROSECUTOR: Deputy District Attorney Kristen Ilharreguy, Targeting Armed Recidivist Gang Enforcement Team (TARGET)
The Honorable Lawrence Brown sentenced 27-year-old Ernest Polk to 7 years, 8 months in prison. On November 13, 2015, a jury convicted Polk of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of heroin and methamphetamine for sale while armed with a firearm.
